They are seeking a Head of Promotions to drive the strategic and financial success of their event portfolio, ensuring profitability, relevance, and demand.
The Role: Head of Promotions
This role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of ticketed events, leading teams of promoters to drive revenue, audience growth, and brand positioning. It requires expertise in event curation, ticketing, pricing, sponsorship, and multi-market expansion.
Experience:
* 10+ years in live event promotions, talent booking, or ticketing strategy, with a successful track record.
* Experience managing multi-city or international event portfolios.
* Data-driven approach to ticketing and pricing.
* Strong industry relationships.
* Leadership in managing teams across locations.
* Financial acumen including P&L management.
* Experience with major promoters or independent agencies.
* Knowledge of sponsorship and brand activations.
* Experience expanding into new markets or launching festivals.
* Understanding of global music trends and audience behaviors.
