Key Responsibilities
* Deliver specialist SaLT services at Universal, Targeted, and Specialist levels.
* Work autonomously to provide assessment, therapy, training, and consultancy.
* Support students, school staff, families, and carers with evidence-based interventions.
* Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to professional development and clinical governance.
* Be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners.
Qualifications
* Degree in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration.
* Member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists.
* Experience working with young people and adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Conditions.
* Ability to deliver training and consultancy, manage a caseload autonomously, and provide clinical supervision.
* Knowledge of best practice, assessment tools, and embedding therapy into learning activities.
