Interim/FTC Senior Legal Counsel - M&A, Funding, and Investment Are you an experienced legal professional with expertise in M&A, funding, and investment? About the Role: Support key corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, funding rounds, and investment activities. Work closely with senior management and external advisers to drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage M&A transactions: due diligence, negotiation, documentation Provide legal support for funding rounds and investments Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements: shareholder, purchase, joint venture Advise on corporate governance and compliance Collaborate with external legal advisers Support asset and fund management activities Oversee legal aspects of corporate projects Provide strategic advice on corporate finance and investments Assist with capital raising and investor relations Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures Assist with post-transaction integration and other projects Location: Based in Cheltenham, with occasional visits to our London office. Hybrid working available.
