This is a fantastic opportunity for a high‑performing sales leader to drive commercial growth and take full ownership of revenue delivery.
The Role
* Lead property‑level sales strategy to exceed ambitious B2B revenue targets.
* Grow revenue across corporate, groups, M&E, mid‑stay and extended‑stay segments.
* Build strong relationships with direct corporates, TMCs, SABAs, consortia and key B2B partners.
* Maintain disciplined CRM usage, accurate pipeline management and clear reporting.
* Represent the portfolio at industry events and host FAM trips, showcases and presentations.

* 4+ years' hotel sales experience, ideally across multiple markets managing £3m+ annual business.
