We are the right team, at the right time, in the right place and were looking for two experienced Senior Practitioners to join our Dartford Childrens Social Work Team.

About You
You will be a professionally registered Social Worker, holding a recognised qualification (CQSW, DipSW or equivalent), with a range of postqualification experience working with children and families.
You will bring:
- Strong experience of systemic practice
- An indepth understanding of legislative and policy frameworks
- Confidence in managing complex cases and supporting best practice
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- A collaborative approach, working effectively with colleagues and partner agencies across the statutory, voluntary and private sectors
As a Senior Practitioner, you will act as a role model, supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues and contributing to the development of highquality social work practice across the team.

The Role
As a Senior Practitioner, you will:
- Manage a complex and varied caseload
- Provide practice leadership, guidance and reflective support to colleagues
- Contribute to training and development initiatives
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with partner agencies
- Represent Childrens Services in court and multiagency forums
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of child development theory, legislation, policy and practice, sharing learning across the team
