Salary: £24,570 plus benefits

Full-time or Part-time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Assistant to be based at our Head Office in Rochdale on either a full-time or part-time, permanent basis.

We will consider applicants looking for either full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time (Mon-Fri, 10am-2pm) hours for this role.

We are seeking a highly organised and professional individual who can provide vital administrative support across all areas of the business. You will bring excellent communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to interact with colleagues, senior management, clients, and visitors in a professional and approachable way.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, self-motivated, and able to balance working independently with being a strong team player. You'll have a keen eye for detail, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and be confident using Microsoft Office and other systems to maintain efficiency across the office.

The role of a Business Support Assistant at Casey

· Handling incoming and outgoing post, including date stamping, copying, scanning, and distribution.

· Processing invoices and documents (marking, barcoding, scanning, filing, archiving).

· General administrative tasks such as typing letters/reports, photocopying, and formatting documents to company standards.

· Switchboard cover, answering calls, relaying messages, and greeting visitors professionally.

· Providing meeting support, including refreshments when required.

· Assisting the Estimating Department with tenders and issuing drawings via Netplot.

· Providing administrative support across departments, including to Directors' Secretary.
