Role Overview: Student Support Assistant (SEND)
Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with SEND.
Working Hours:
Full Time: 8:30 - 3:30
Responsibilities:
1. Helping Individual Students: Assist students who need extra help in class, ensuring they understand lessons and can participate in activities.
2. Working with Teachers: Collaborate with teachers to develop tailored plans for students with diverse needs, including learning disabilities and behavioral challenges.
3. Dealing with Behavior: Support positive behavior in class by employing strategies to maintain a calm and friendly environment.

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position with potential for permanency.
