Role Purpose
Novaco Navigation is one of the world's leading suppliers of navigational data to shipping companies and vessels across the world. Our products and services have been developed to improve access to critical navigation information and to simplify everyday tasks for both deck officers and on-shore teams.
This is an exciting new role with the opportunity to shape our future marketing plans and activities.
We are looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator who will define and manage our marketing plan and its delivery to support our growth plans with a focus on increasing brand awareness, strengthening our industry reputation and driving new leads.
The Marketing Coordinator will manage our brand and marketing campaigns across all key communication channels, creating content and ensuring consistency with the Novaco brand messaging across various platforms.
They also track campaign performance, analyse data, and identify opportunities to improve and evolve our future marketing approach and plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Brand Consistency: Maintaining a consistent brand voice and message across all marketing campaigns and channels.
* Campaign Management: Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across different channels, including digital, EM, and social media.
* Content Creation: Developing and curating content for EM, websites, social media and marketing materials.
* CRM : Leveraging our in-house database to optimise customer prospects profiling and targeting.
* Data Analysis: Tracking and analysing marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Supplier Relationships: Working with and managing third party marketing relationships such as agencies, freelance designer and platforms.
* Budget Management: Monitoring and managing marketing spend.
* Reporting: Preparing regular reports on campaign performance and market trends.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with various teams, including sales, to ensure alignment and consistency.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a B2B led business with understanding of lead generation techniques is desirable.
* Copy writing and content creation skills.
* Knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
* Comfortable with analysing data and understanding of marketing KPIs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Strong collaboration skills with ability to work with multiple teams.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a the wider Novaco team.
Technical Skills:
* Previous experience in using Mailchimp and Maximiser applications will be advantageous.
* Previous experience utilising Linked In to develop and deliver campaigns would also be desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
