Location: Marlow, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Up to £48,000 Basic Salary + Extensive Training Provided

We are seeking a qualified lead engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role requires the candidate to be technically strong.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
* Ability to conduct RAMS & logbooks up to date
* Computer literate
* Client facing skills to communicate with the client
* Technical knowledge in Facilities Maintenance.
Package & Benefits:
* Competitive basic salary of up to £48,000
* Training Provided
* Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
* Large amounts of Overtime Available
Requirements:
* Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum).
* Previous experience as a time-served lead or supervisor.
* 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environment.
* Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification.
* Paying up to £48,000 P/A & other company related benefits. xkybehq
