What You Get * Base salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience * Monthly commission * Quarterly & annual incentives * Hybrid working and flexible start & finish times * 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) * Your birthday off – I mean, who wants to work on their birthday!? * Mobile & laptop provided * Clear route for progression in the business * Ongoing training and development The Job * You’ll work to provide support to the recruitment team. * You’ll be tasked with being able to unearth the best possible talent around by utilising our extensive database and network, along proactively sourcing using our external platforms. * You’ll review CV’s and applications and provide shortlists of potential candidates. * You’ll conduct initial pre-screening conversations with candidates, under the guidance of the recruiter. * You’ll provide admin support to the recruitment and marketing teams, including uploading job adverts and keeping the CRM system up to date at all times. * Ongoing project work to gather relevant data, leads and market intel which will assist business growth. * We’re a people business and we believe in building long lasting relationships so we are looking for like-minded people to join us.
