Job Purpose

You will carry out a range of duties according to food hygiene regulations within a physically demanding, safety critical environment. Skills we need
This is a physically demanding role, working in a Production environment. You will preferably have knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations and Health & Safety Regulations. You will be flexible, have an eye for detail, good written and oral communication skills along with good numeracy and literacy skills. Qualifications in Food Safety Level 2, HACCP Level 2 and Manual Handling would be beneficial although training will be provided.
