The role will be a combination of onsite and home working, with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the creation, filming and editing of engaging digital learning content to enhance the global online training network.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross‑department teams to design and create eLearning, eDemo, videos and presentations.
* Identify key learning objectives and develop comprehensive content plans for global technicians and engineers.
* Design and produce engaging interactive digital learning materials, including videos and images.
* Convert existing training materials such as service manuals into digital content.
* Assist with live training content delivery and streaming.
* Provide input and guidance on best practice for content development.
* Use videography, editing and visual communication skills to create informative video content.
* Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to consistently improve the learning experience.
* Lead multi‑course development projects creatively.
Key Qualifications
* Previous shooting and editing experience with camera equipment, including cameras, webcams, lighting and iPhone.
* Understanding of audio equipment – mixers and microphones.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, InDesign), Articulate Storyline and Synthesia.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality learning content.
