We are seeking an experienced and qualified Early Years Deputy Manager to lead our enthusiastic team. We have an area manager, as well as a site manager, who will help provide support to you, aswell as a fantastic support network with all of our managers and deputies from all of our sites (including our locations in Manchester), so you will always have someone to offer advice/support/inspiration We truly believe in supporting everyone, and helping one another out as much as possible.
We are looking for someone with
* Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
* Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent) is essential; higher qualifications (e.g., Level 5 or Early Years Teacher Status) are highly desirable, but definitely not essential

We are open term time only - meaning you get holidays off - and generally we operate from 9am-3pm (some sites are 8:45am-2:45pm)
An ideal candidate will have experience with;
* Leadership and Management: Lead and inspire the nursery team, ensuring high standards of care and education are maintained.
* Curriculum Implementation: Oversee the planning and implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Team Development: Support the professional development of staff through training and mentoring.
* Parent and Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community.
* Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and health and safety.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and nursery policies.
* Quality Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in all areas of the nursery's practice.
