Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lamination Operator to join our production team. As a Lamination Operator, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of lamination machinery. You will play a key role in ensuring that all products meet quality standards while maintaining efficiency in production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate lamination machinery according to specifications
* Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
* Follow safety guidelines and adhere to operational procedures
* Ensure all products meet quality and customer specifications
* Maintain accurate records of production runs and materials used
* Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth workflow
Required Qualifications:
* Prior experience as a Lamination Operator or in a similar role (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
* Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with film lamination machinery and processes
* Familiarity with operating production equipment in a manufacturing environment
