Employment Lawyer | 2-4 PQE | International Firm
MAP Legal Recruitment is working with an international law firm to recruit a 2–4 PQE Employment Solicitor for its London office.
The firm has a strong global presence and a well-established London team advising UK and international clients across a broad range of practice areas. The employment team is growing and handles a mix of advisory, contentious and transactional work, often involving cross-border elements.
The role will involve advising primarily employer clients on a wide range of employment matters, including employment tribunal claims, High Court litigation, strategic advisory work and supporting corporate transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across other practice areas and play a part in the continued development of the practice.
Candidates should have 2–4 years’ PQE in employment law and experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters. Strong drafting skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage client relationships are important. Exposure to cross-border matters, High Court litigation or transactional support would be advantageous.
