Description
* Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
* Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
* Prepare reports for the Accounting & Finance department as required
* Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
* Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
* Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes
* Provide administrative support for finance-related tasks
Profile
A successful Part-Time Finance Assistant should have:
* Immediate availability/available on short notice and open to working in an interim position (maternity leave)
* Experience working in a similar finance or accounting role
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
* A strong understanding of financial principles and practices
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Excellent communication skills
