* Lead the shop floorand deliver outstanding customer service
* Deputise for the Store Managerand keep daily operations running smoothly
* Resolve any customer issues by maintaining our Brilliant reputation
* Coach and motivate the teamto hit high standards in service and sales
* Cash handling & accuracy:end-of-day checks, banking, admin
* Stock support:ordering, deliveries, supplier coordination
* Improve xxuwjjq how we work:suggest and help implement better ways of doing things (tech/systems)
