Job Title: Designate Store Manager
Location: Across Teesside (Multi-Site)
Basic Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 DOE
OTE: Between £40,000 - £45,000+ per annum
Shift and schedule: 40-hour contract working 5 days over 7. Hours will vary depending on the store being supported and will follow standard high street retail trading patterns.

Supporting leadership across multiple stores within the Teesside area and adapting to different teams and store environments.
Leading from the front on the shop floor and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Driving sales performance across mobile, broadband, handsets and accessories.
Coaching and developing colleagues to improve confidence, product knowledge, and commercial performance.
Supporting stores with performance improvement, operational excellence, and customer engagement.
Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans to maximise results.
Ensuring compliance, visual standards, stock management, and operational consistency.
Working closely with regional leadership to identify opportunities and support long-term store success.
Acting as a trusted leader and stepping into stores where your support creates the biggest impact.Successful Applicant:
Flexible and comfortable supporting multiple store locations across the Teesside area.
Proven background in telecoms retail, assisted sales, or customer-led retail management.
Confident leading from the front – experienced in coaching and motivating teams to smash sales targets.
Thrives in fast-paced, target-driven settings where every day brings something new.
Strong track record of delivering results, both individually and through others.
Hands-on and proactive – just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves on the shop floor as you are reviewing performance.
