OCU Group have an exciting new opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented Implementation Engineer to join our Implementation Team in Preston.
This platform is critical to streamlining the way we plan, schedule, and manage our workforce across the Energy Transition, Utilities and Digital Infrastructure divisions nationally.
In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of technology, operations, and transformation, helping ensure new features, capabilities, and processes are implemented smoothly, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to business-as-usual activities. You’ll work closely with operational leaders, technical analysts, developers, and the technology team to configure, test, and deploy platform solutions tailored to our real-world project needs.

Experience in implementation or systems delivery roles, preferably in a mid-to-large organisation.
Demonstrated experience delivering digital or software solutions into operational business environments.
Solid understanding of testing and quality assurance practices.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving project environments.
Experience working with in-house developed or bespoke enterprise software platforms.
Knowledge of integration practices across ERP, CRM, or HRIS systems.
Experience supporting change management or training delivery as part of technology projects.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methods or working within cross-functional product teams.
