Key Responsibilities and Requirements
* Promote recovery, inclusion, and equity in everything you do.
* At least two years' experience supporting people with mental health or complex needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage caseloads, work flexibly, and build effective multi-agency partnerships.
* Confidence in IT systems and record-keeping.
* A deep understanding of recovery and trauma-informed practice.
* If applying as a Peer Recovery Navigator, an ability to draw from your own recovery journey in a safe and supportive way.
