A leading international oil & gas company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to manage the financial lifecycle of its non-operated and legacy assets. This role will support joint venture exits, entity wind-downs, and financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
Lead the financial closeout of multiple Joint Ventures across Africa and South America.
Manage branch and company deregistration, including associated tax filings.
Oversee all financial reporting (management and statutory) for legacy entities.
Deliver budgeting and forecasting for decommissioning and exploration projects.
Manage outsourced finance operations (via BPO provider).
Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls.
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) with a strong technical accounting background.
Proven experience in JV and PSC accounting, ideally within oil & gas.
SAP experience (JV modules) and ERP/reporting tools knowledge.
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability.
Hands-on, detail-focused, and able to drive project deliverables autonomously.
Hybrid working.
