Job Summary
Join Park Holidays, one of the largest and most successful providers of holiday parks across England, Wales and Scotland! We are currently seeking a customer-focused Arcade Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career with a company that values career progression and internal development. Job Duties
* Attend to customer needs within and around the arcade, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
* Always keep arcade machines and the redemption area fully stocked and operational.
* Maintain a clean and tidy environment in all arcade areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
* Actively promote the arcade facilities to guests and stay updated on all changes and new offerings in this area.
Requirements
* Demonstrate excellent customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
* Be proactive in identifying and addressing customer needs and any issues within the arcade.
* Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
* Exhibit a professional, outgoing, and approachable personality.
* Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the role.
