My client are a respected and successful insurance broker looking to expand their Claims Team. They require a Claims Handler to ensure that all of their clients have their claims dealt with in a efficient and timely fashion. The successful Claims Handler will also lead and develop processes to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction.

It is highly desirable that the successful candidate has Commercial claims experience in a Broker environment.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with claims for all types of insurance including commercial and fleet
Provide clients with advice on making a claim and the processes involved
Manage a dedicated claims phone number and email address
Identify reasons why full payment may not be made
Monitor the progress of a claim
Ensure fair settlement of a valid claim
Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim
Guide policyholders on how to proceed with the claim
Explain to policyholders when their claim is not covered
Ensure the customer is treated fairly and that the customer receives excellent service in accordance with industry and company guidelines
