Our client is currently looking for an Site supervisor to join their company to supervise a team of engineers across a large static in the Twickenham area. The successful candidate will work across a large Blue Chip site for a leading facilities management company.
Responsibilities
* Co-ordinate and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance and extra works including emergencies in accordance with the contract requirements.
* Oversee all engineers on site
* Provide the first line support for Site Maintenance
* Provide support to the administration team as appropriate
* Provide support to the Facilities Manager
* Review Sub-Contractor RAMS and arrange access where required.
* Provide Leadership and technical guidance to the team.
* Ensure works are programmed and planned to achieve 100% Statutory Compliance, Plan, Programme and Manage all Planned Preventative Maintenance to ensure that equipment is maintained in line with contract specification and Service Level Agreements.
* Ensure 100% Statutory Compliance at all times
* Prioritise and Manage all Reactive Maintenance Calls to ensure that contract SLAs are meet
* Assist in the management and delivery of requested documentation and agreed reports to the Client in the necessary timescale
* Ensure all works carried out is covered with site specific Risk Assessments
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both M&E maintenance and Soft Services, have previous experience working within the Facilities Maintenance Sector.
