The pastry team supports every part of the resort. You will produce for the restaurant, afternoon tea, banqueting, weddings, corporate events, and room service. From plated desserts to celebration cakes and high volume production, your work will be seen across the entire property.
What you will do
Lead daily pastry kitchen operations
Create and produce for multiple outlets and service times
Develop menus with seasonality and guest experience in mind
Manage production plans for large scale events
Maintain stock control and reduce waste
Train and mentor junior pastry chefs
Maintain high standards of presentation and food safety
What you bring
Background in pastry within hotels or fine dining
Experience leading a pastry section or team
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Ability to adapt output for different outlets
Passion for flavour, technique, and guest satisfaction
