About The Role
We are looking for a Support Worker who cares about making every moment matter, regardless of qualifications or experience.
Whilst fully embracing the company ethos support workers provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they want to live.Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Role
o To provide support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they wish, in line with their individual support plans.
o Promote the health, well-being, physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people we support and ensure they are met in an inclusive way.
o Facilitate social, educational or work activities such as visiting family and friends, supported employment, walks, shopping and other recreational activities of their choice.
o General housekeeping duties that can include shopping, domestic duties as well as elements of personal care.
o As part of the role, you will need to be able to complete a range of records and documents.
o This role is primarily for nightshift

About The Service
At Eden View we support individuals with complex care conditions, we are not like more traditional nursing homes.
Successful applicants will be trained to manage tracheostomies, use Non invasive ventilators, and mechanical cough assistance machines.
The people we support are encouraged and supported to live an active, fulfilled life. Our relationship-centred clinical nursing care enables us to empower the people we support, to explore new activities and create opportunities for themselves they may not have experienced previously.
