We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, can multi-task efficiently, and wants to be part of a friendly, supportive workplace.
Responsibilities
* Managing the company calendar and scheduling Goods In deliveries
* Liaising with customers, couriers, and hauliers to coordinate collections and deliveries
* Checking and confirming customer and courier invoices for accounts
* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong working relationships
* Handling multiple tasks and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service or administration is beneficial
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator – both written and verbal
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Competent in using basic computer software (e.g., email, spreadsheets)
