Location: Hybrid Site, Home, and Office (Flexible)
Salary: Negotiable + Company Van (personal use) + Performance Bonuses
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Drive the Launch of a New Heat Pump Division.
Were partnering with a respected renewable energy firm with 16+ years success in solar and EV. With strong investment and long-term backing, theyre now launching their Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) divisionand they need a hands-on leader to take it forward.
This is your chance to step up into a senior role, shape how things are done, and grow a team around you.
The Role:
* Lead ASHP projects from survey to commissioning
* Build and manage a network of trusted subcontractors
* Oversee installs, quality, and compliance
* Stay hands-on where needed to keep standards high
* Set department processes and influence strategy
* Work closely with the Director on growth plans
What Were Looking For:
* Proven ASHP installation experience (ideally domestic)
* Confident overseeing multiple projects/sites
* Comfortable with managing subcontractors
* Gas Safe / FGAS / WRAS (or working towards)
* A natural leader or engineer ready to step up
* Full UK driving licence
