Maintenance Supervisor South Kensington £50,000 - £55,000 We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of engineers within a major, high-profile environment in South West London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineer or Supervisor looking to step into a leadership position while being part of a large, established building services team. In this role, you will oversee a team of engineers, ensuring the effective delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance across commercial spaces. You'll work as part of a wider technical team responsible for maintaining a broad estate with complex building services systems. Responsibilities: Supervising and supporting a team Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance activities. Overseeing the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and associated building services equipment (motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, fire alarms, emergency lighting, BMS, etc.). Ensuring compliance, safety standards, and technical documentation (logbooks, permits, RAMS) are maintained to a high standard. Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring all works are delivered efficiently and professionally. Liaising with stakeholders on-site and ensuring a high level of service delivery. Supporting the wider building services team across the estate when required. Requirements: City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Strong background in building services maintenance. Previous experience supervising or leading engineering teams. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Proactive, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
