Sales Manager – Digital Platform (LOOP) Salary: £25,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+ year 1)

Location: Hybrid (Hampshire office once per week preferred)
Semantic builds LOOP, a modern and flexible website platform used by attractions, zoos, museums and leisure venues to help marketers and attractions bring their brand to life online.
We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to help drive this growth by generating leads, running demos and converting new LOOP clients.
You will own the full sales cycle. This includes outreach, discovery calls, demos, proposals and closing deals. You will work closely with the CEO to approve deals and Marketing to build relationships with target venues and help grow LOOP across key target sectors.
Manage key sales contacts, outreach to new targets and find opportunities.
Own and manage the full sales process from qualification to close.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records across all deals and activities
Meet individual revenue and activity targets as part of the wider sales team
Work with the Business Development Lead on strategic opportunities / targets
Provide feedback to wider S&M Team on lead quality, messaging and performance
1 to 4 years of B2B sales experience (digital, SaaS or agency preferred)
~ Confident presenting demos and explaining digital concepts
~ Strong communication and writing skills
~ Comfortable with outreach, building pipeline and hitting targets
~ Able to work in a hybrid role with weekly travel to the Hampshire office preferred
~ Adaptable to seek out new tech and systems to optimise the sales process and maximise impact.
