Translate SME-level knowledge into accessible, structured adoption content including guides, tutorials, and models. Collaborate with our training team to provide e-learning modules and hands-on workshops. Build and maintain a library of rich, engaging materials aligned with business standards and NX/Teamcenter processes. Ensure all competency materials reflect the latest system configuration, standards, and methods introduced by the transformation programme. Grow and nurture an active community of NX users, including Key Users, Champions, and advanced practitioners. Lead the user engagement strategy through communities of practice, drop-in clinics, newsletters, and user events. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to Key Users to develop them into future digital design and manufacturing experts. Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Ensure all learning approaches and user adoption activities are aligned with business standards, processes, and governance. Collaborate with NX SMEs, Process Owners, and Configuration Leads to maintain consistency in methods and tool usage. Promote and enforce standardised approaches to modelling, drafting, PMI, variant management, and manufacturing approaches within NX. Monitor and report on adoption metrics, competency progress, user engagement, and areas requiring intervention. Identify skill gaps, training needs, and emerging challenges across user groups. Manage, triage, and track user queries, escalating to SMEs where required.
