Standard Work Hours:
* Weekend Nights F-Su 4pm - 4am
Responsibilities:
* Design minor electrical circuits and test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits used for machine control.
* Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
* Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment by reading schematics or blueprints.
* Have knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems.
* Perform basic mechanical repairs.
* Perform work of lower-classifications as needed and potentially direct their work.
* Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective parts such as brushes and armatures.
* Install and monitor performance of electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacements.
* Interpret blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions.
* Lay out, assemble, install, test, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures, apparatus, and wiring, including panels, breakers, and conduit.
* Mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures, completing circuits per diagrams.
* Perform repairs, installations, replacements, and testing of electrical circuits and equipment.
* Perform various tasks as directed by the Group Leader.
Qualifications:
* Two-year Associate degree and 2-4 years of work experience.
* Ability to use a computer for parts searches and data entry into a CMMS.
Physical and Background Requirements:
* Ability to stand for long periods, sit, perform manual dexterity tasks, stoop, and bend.
* Pass a pre-employment physical, including a baseline test lifting at least 50 pounds.
* Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Must Have:
