Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the testing processes, managing QA personnel, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and meet customer expectations and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the QA team, providing guidance and support. Define and implement quality assurance policies, processes, and best practices. Working across multiple projects, ensuring timely and thorough coverage. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of automated test frameworks. Collaborate with other teams to ensure project completion Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3 years of experience in a similar role Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
