Job Description
The successful Head of Pricing will:
1. Develop and implement worldwide pricing and packaging strategies across B2C and B2B channels, balancing revenue, profitability and market share
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align pricing strategies with business goals, including pricing of new-to-market products and services
3. Create financial models to forecast price change impact, design and implement A/B testing and utilise performance-based data to support decision-making
4. Provide clear recommendations to the Executive and Product teams, linking pricing strategy to customer acquisition and lifetime value
5. Conduct market analysis, competitor pricing and willingness-to-pay research
6. Continually review and monitor pricing, adjusting accordingly to market conditions and business needs
7. Develop insightful reporting, presenting to senior management
8. Establish global, scalable processes with strong governance
