Your new roleThe role offers broad exposure, including oversight of externally prepared fund and co‑investment accounting, involvement in internal initiatives, and cross‑functional support across the organisation. Please see below an overview of the required duties:
1. Liaising with external fund administrators on NAV reviews, corporate activity, financial reporting and fee calculations
2. Reviewing investment agreements and assessing IFRS accounting treatment
3. Preparing technical accounting memos for significant orplex transactions
4. Reviewing multi‑layered waterfall models within co‑investment structures
5. Supporting treasury activity across capital calls, distributions and liquidity
6. Coordinating with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
7. Managing periodic LP reporting requirements
8. Contributing to financial analysis for strategic initiatives
9. Supporting Fund Board processes, including preparation of board materials
10. Monitoring evolving accounting standards and regulatory developments
11. Identifying and rmending process improvements to senior management
What you'll need to succeed
12. ACA (or equivalent) qualified accountant; Big 4 training strongly preferred
13. Experience in Fund Accounting or PE/VC audit is highly desirable
14. Strong technical accounting skills, particularly IFRS
15. Familiarity with co‑investment and carried interest structures
16. Highly numerate with strong prioritisation and multi‑tasking abilities
17. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage varied responsibilities
18. Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities; financial modelling experience beneficial
