Key Responsibilities * Programming, setting and operating Sliding Head CNC lathes * Machine setup including tooling, fixtures, guide bushes and offsets * Editing and optimising CNC programs (G-code and/or CAM) * Producing high precision components to tight tolerances * First-off inspection and in-process quality checks * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings including GD&T * Troubleshooting machining issues and improving cycle efficiency * Maintaining quality standards within ISO ...
