I currently have an amazing opportunity for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a Preston based MSP team. The company have great progression pathways and are really focused on building a team within. The role is on site five days a week, a driving licence is a necessity.
Essential Experience in:
* Windows Server including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Exchange.
* Windows 10 and 11 desktop support.
* Server hardware installation and maintenance.
* Microsoft 365 setup and administration.
What you’ll be doing...
* Provide second line technical support and manage escalated issues through to resolution.
* Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and end user issues efficiently and professionally.
* Assist in mentoring and supporting junior team members.
* Support new client onboarding and ensure seamless transitions with accurate documentation.
