Take Technical Ownership of Permanent Modular Projects
Are you an experienced Architectural Technician looking for a role where your drawings genuinely drive construction delivery, not just production output?
This is an opportunity to join a specialist modular construction consultancy delivering permanent modular buildings across public sector projects nationwide.
Working within a small, technically-led team, you will take ownership of drawing packages from concept through to construction issue. This is not a production CAD role. It is a technically accountable position where your coordination decisions directly influence programme, compliance and buildability.

What Makes This Role Different
* Full lifecycle involvement – concept to construction issue
* High autonomy and direct Director reporting
* Lean, technically focused team
* Permanent modular building projects – not manufacturing detailing
* Real influence over coordination of foundations, drainage and civils interfaces
You will be trusted to manage your workload independently and deliver accurate, coordinated construction packages aligned to programme.
