What You'll Do: Develop and deliver the Societys people strategy in line with business goals. Advise and guide senior leaders on HR policies, employee relations, and best practice. Lead talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management. Drive initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing, engagement, and inclusion. Maintain compliance with employment law and internal governance. What You'll Need: CIPD Chartered Member (or equivalent HR qualification). 4+ years HR experience at management level. Proven experience managing change and organisational development. Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading cultural change or working with trade unions.
