An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Partnerships Channel Manager to join a fast-growing, innovative organisation within the SaaS space.
This is a pivotal role focused on building, developing and scaling strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping the company’s channel strategy, working with a range of partners including fintechs, software vendors, consultancies, and resellers.

The Role
As Partnerships Channel Manager, you will:
* Develop and execute a channel and partnerships strategy aligned to business growth targets
* Identify, onboard, and manage key strategic partners
* Build strong, long-term relationships with partners to drive joint success
* Enable partners through training, support, and go-to-market initiatives
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to maximise partner performance
* Drive revenue through partner channels and track performance against KPIs
* Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and partner meetings
Key Responsibilities
* Source and secure new partnership opportunities
* Manage the full partner lifecycle from onboarding to growth
* Deliver partner enablement programmes and sales support
* Co-create joint marketing campaigns and GTM strategies
* Forecast and report on channel performance
* Maintain a strong understanding of the AML / IDV market landscape
About You
* Proven experience in a Partnerships / Channel / Alliances role
* Strong background within AML, KYC, ID Verification, or RegTech
* Demonstrable success in building and scaling partner ecosystems
* Commercially driven with a track record of generating revenue through partnerships
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
