We are seeking a highly organized Project Support Co-ordinator with energy, enthusiasm, and experience in organizing and enabling teams to join the Transformation and Improvement team at KMPT.

Collaborating with senior clinicians, managers, staff, service users, and carers, your role is crucial in enabling the Transformation and Improvement Team to effectively co-design and co-produce projects that bring about transformational change, such as: recovery and transformation, improving clinical care pathways, redesigning services, creating strategies, implementing a quality improvement culture, and enhancing quality of care.

Main duties of the job
As a Project Support Co-ordinator, your work will be varied and focused on what matters—enabling and empowering excellent care through talented people and positive change.
Working collaboratively with senior clinicians, managers, staff, service users, and carers, your role is pivotal in enabling the Transformation and Improvement Team to effectively co-design and co-produce projects that achieve measurable change.
Requirements
The post holder must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
