**This is a 4 month fixed term contract**
We are seeking a skilled Deployment Technician to join our team. The Deployment Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
* Install and configure hardware and software systems according to client specifications
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
* Collaborate with team members to ensure successful deployment of systems
* Provide training and support to end-users as needed
* Maintain accurate documentation of deployment processes and procedures
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Deployment Technician or similar role
* Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Certification in relevant technologies is a plus
