Responsibilities Create engaging and well-structured lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students Deliver effective and stimulating history lessons, using a variety of teaching techniques and resources Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting mutual respect and tolerance among students Implement assessments and provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the school's history curriculum Communicate and build positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge Requirements Bachelor's degree in History or a relevant field Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification Proven experience teaching history to primary/secondary school students Excellent knowledge of the history curriculum and ability to design engaging lessons Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents Passion for teaching history and inspiring young minds Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills Application To be considered for this History Teacher position please forward a CV as soon as possible.
