Location St Albans Working Hours Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm (Early finish every day) Job Type Full-time | Temp-to-Perm (Permanent and contract options available) Salary £25,000 – £27,500 (depending on experience) Please note: Due to location and working hours, your own transport is required. Key Responsibilities This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same: Building cable assemblies and electronic components Soldering connectors, cables, and PCBs Assembling monitoring equipment and systems Testing and configuring electronic equipment Diagnosing and repairing faults Monitoring stock levels of key components Supporting production documentation (BOMs, instructions, etc.) Maintaining a clean and organised workshop Candidate Profile Were looking for someone who takes pride in their work and works well within a team: Positive, proactive attitude Strong attention to detail Well organised and reliable Team player with a willingness to support others Able to manage workload and meet deadlines Desirable Skills and Experience Experience in electronics assembly or soldering Basic understanding of electronic components Benefits 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Early finish every day Long-term opportunity with potential for permanent employment Supportive team environment Why Apply?
