The property is a two-storey, four-bedroom house with a large, open-plan downstairs area and four bathrooms. There are two children (aged 2 and 4) in nursery full-time and no childcare is required, but the ideal candidate must be child- and dog-friendly, non-smoking, and possess excellent initiative.
