The successful candidate will assist the Project Management Director in managing relationships between clients, users, and service providers, specifically in:
* Procurement and management of Life Cycle works
* Management of large construction variations on PFI contracts
* Procurement and management of smaller variation works as required
* Management and resolution of construction defects
* Risk identification, monitoring, and management
* Protection of project company investment
* Maintenance of records and preparation of reports
Person specification:
* Proven experience in project management and lifecycle works, including process development and execution in high-profile, high-volume environments
* Experience in managing, procuring, and delivering large variation projects
* Experience in procuring lifecycle works subcontract packages
* Experience managing works subcontract packages
* In-depth knowledge of Hard FM service delivery gained practically
* Healthcare Hard Services experience
* Understanding of relationships between clients, SPV, and service providers
