Account Executive – CRM (Mid-Market SaaS)
My client is a well-established and growing CRM provider, helping businesses globally modernise their sales, marketing, and customer management processes.
They are now looking to hire ambitious, high-energy Account Executives who are ready to take the next step in a structured, consultative SaaS environment.
The Opportunity
This is an ideal role for an Account Executive with 1–3 years of closing experience who is hungry to learn, develop, and build a long-term career in SaaS sales.
You’ll be selling into mid-market organisations, many of whom are still managing customer data via spreadsheets and guiding them through the journey to a modern, scalable CRM solution.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the full sales cycle from discovery through to close
* Engage mid-market organisations and identify opportunities to modernise their CRM processes
* Run structured discovery calls to uncover business challenges and demonstrate value
* Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to client needs
* Build and manage a strong pipeline to consistently meet quarterly targets
* Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes and build strong relationships with decision-makers
* Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools
* Continuously refine your sales approach, metrics, and performance
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years’ experience in a closing role (B2B sales)
* Ambitious, driven, and motivated to build a career in SaaS sales
* Strong understanding of personal sales metrics and pipeline management
* A structured and process-driven approach to selling
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* High energy, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
