A respected insurance brokerage offering a wide range of commercial/corporate insurance policies to businesses throughout the country has an opening for a Commercial Account Handler to join their successful team.
The Opportunity:
This is an exciting new vacancy for a Commercial Account Handler who is looking to expand their insurance knowledge and grow within a business.
Dealing with a wide range of commercial insurance policies, you will cover new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals, liaising with clients and insurers.
Initially, you will work alongside experienced account handlers who will help you get up to speed with your daily tasks and assist with any queries.
Hybrid working will be available once the probation period has been successfully completed.
What you will need to be considered?
1. Experience within the insurance industry dealing with commercial lines policies
2. Proven customer service skills within a business-to-business environment
3. Experience with Acturis
4. Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
5. Knowledge of FCA regulations and basic insurance principles
6. Ability to work within a team and independently
7. CII Qualifications are desirable
