Your role

What you’ll do day to day
* Identify, repair, and replace components and parts that are faulty.
* Liaise with our Service Advisors about required repairs or vehicle work.
* Maintain repair and service records.
* Learn and demonstrate work bay and surrounding area tidiness.
* Always consider the customer impact on any activity with the vehicle, demonstrating our customer-centric approach.
* Satisfy the academic requirements of the apprenticeship – engage with our provider and ensure course progress.
Your profile

* Punctual and great at timekeeping.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Great team player with strong communication skills.
* Drive to exceed targets.
* GCSE (or equivalent) in Math, English, and Science.
