Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
* Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
* Experience in business planning and developing sales strategies and narratives.
Preferred qualifications:
* 6 years managing relationships with customers, agencies, and service partners at an executive level.
* 4 years of experience in the retail sector.
* 2 years working in a complex, matrixed organization.
* Experience working internationally across multiple markets.
* Experience as a performance marketer with full funnel marketing exposure.

Responsibilities
* Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior stakeholders. Understand their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
* Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, leading cross-functional teams to collaborate on projects and ensure client success.
* Plan for and achieve growth goals by presenting Google advertising solutions that meet marketing objectives.
* Develop data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations aligned with customer goals, identifying high-impact opportunities with clear proposals.
* Gain in-depth knowledge of Google Advertising products and how they can meet diverse marketing objectives.
